What is delivered
Your purchase is one PlanMyCoop digital PDF. No physical product is shipped. Lumber, roofing, fasteners, mesh, tools and other building materials are purchased separately.
How delivery works
After successful payment, your copy is prepared for the order. The PDF may be stamped with the checkout email and order number. A private download link is then provided through the order flow and or sent to the checkout email.
Private download access
Download links can expire for security. If a valid purchaser loses access after expiration, contact support and we can verify the order and help restore access.
If the email does not arrive
Check spam and promotions folders first. If the order email is still missing, contact support@flockandframe.com from the email used at checkout.
If delivery fails
If a technical issue prevents successful delivery, contact support. We will work to provide the purchased file or address the payment under our Refund Policy.
