Information we collect
We collect information needed to operate the site, deliver PlanMyCoop, support customers and protect the service.
- Contact information such as the email address used for an order or support request.
- Order information such as an order number, purchase status and delivery status.
- Basic technical information such as IP address, browser information and server logs used for security and troubleshooting.
- Optional analytics or advertising measurement data only when the related tools are enabled and, where required, you have allowed optional tracking.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Payment card details are entered into Stripe hosted checkout and are handled by Stripe. Flock & Frame does not need to receive or store your full card number.
How we use information
- To complete and deliver your digital order.
- To stamp the delivered PDF with the purchaser email and order number.
- To respond to support, billing and delivery questions.
- To prevent abuse, fraud and unauthorized distribution.
- To understand site performance when optional analytics are enabled.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for order fulfillment, customer support, accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You can use the Privacy choices link in the footer to control optional analytics and advertising measurement on this website. You can also contact us to ask a privacy question or request reasonable access, correction or deletion where applicable.
Children
This site and product are intended for adults purchasing building plans. We do not knowingly target or collect information from children.
